- I look at your diet and daily habits to find what’s really causing your skin or hair issues.
- My 3-week “Radiance Reset” is not a crash diet. It’s about calming your skin, repairing it, and then keeping that glow going.
- For hair, I focus on basics: protein, iron, omega-3, vitamin D & B12. Sach bataun toh (to be honest), if your body is missing these, no shampoo will help.
- I’ll help you build a diet plan for glowing skin and suggest foods to prevent hair fall, but I won’t ask you to give up everything you love.
