Your skin needs change as you grow. Whether you are building a foundation in your 20s, managing hormonal shifts in your 40s, or caring for your child’s sensitive skin, I provide science-backed routines tailored to your specific life stage.

In your late teens and early 20s (age 18-25), the goal is to build a strong foundation for future skin health. The most important habits are using SPF daily, maintaining a gentle cleansing routine, and staying hydrated with a balanced diet.

The habits you build in your 30s decide how your skin will look in your 40s. This is the decade to focus on a consistent weekly routine that protects, repairs, and future-proofs your skin for a smoother, brighter future.

For skin health in your 30s, I recommend eating these foods weekly. Nuts, seeds, berries, and Vitamin C-rich fruits provide antioxidants, while omega-rich meals help maintain your skin's barrier and hydration.

Supplements can be helpful in your 30s, but only if needed and after consulting a doctor. Collagen, Omega-3, Vitamin D, and Zinc can support skin structure and health, but they are not magic pills.

To protect your skin in your 30s, there are certain things to avoid. Over-exfoliating, switching products too frequently, sleeping late, and sugar spikes can all accelerate aging and cause skin issues.

When you're in your 40s, one anti-aging cream is not the solution. Aging involves a weak barrier, slow repair, and collagen loss. A combination approach using hyaluronic acid, peptides, retinol, and a good sunscreen is what truly works.

After menopause, many women find their skin suddenly becomes very dry. This is due to lower estrogen levels. I recommend moisturizers with ceramides, adding omega-3 supplements, and staying hydrated to support your skin from the inside and out.

About this collection

Many patients come to me in their 40s still using the same products they used in their 20s. This is a common mistake. As your biology changes—whether due to natural aging or hormonal shifts like menopause—your skin barrier becomes more vulnerable, and generic anti-aging creams often just sit on the surface. You need to move from simple maintenance to active repair, specifically targeting collagen loss and hydration barriers rather than relying on popular trends.

Your Skin's Changing Needs

Skin health is not static. It evolves as you move through decades, influenced by diet, hormonal health, and environmental exposure. My approach treats these changes with logic, not by chasing fads.

The Decades Breakdown

  • Age 18-25: The Foundation Phase. This is where you set the trajectory. The focus here is simple: protect what you have. Consistent SPF use, a gentle cleanser, and a balanced diet are more important than expensive actives.
  • Age 30s: The Preservation Phase. Your 30s determine how your skin performs in your 40s. We focus on consistent habits—protecting against damage and repairing the barrier. This is the right time to introduce targeted support like Vitamin C and careful retinol usage.
  • Age 40s & Beyond: The Repair Phase. Collagen production slows down, and elastic fibers loosen. A single cream won't fix this. I help you build a combination approach using hyaluronic acid, peptides, and retinoids to address dryness, sagging, and dullness.

Hormonal Changes & Menopause

After menopause, lower estrogen levels often lead to a compromised oil barrier. If your moisturizer isn't working, it’s not because the product is bad—it’s because your skin’s needs have shifted. We address this with ceramides, Ectoine-based creams, and oral supplementation like Omega-3s to restore hydration from the inside out.

Kids & Sensitive Skin

Parents often worry about white patches on their children's faces, often called pityriasis alba. It is rarely a fungal infection. Usually, it is a dry patch caused by sun exposure. The solution is simple hydration and sun protection, not aggressive medication.
