About Professional Saree & Lehenga Draping
I believe every saree carries its own story, ekdum alag emotion (truly a different vibe). My job is to drape that story so you feel confident and connected, whether you’re wearing a heavy bridal Paithani or a light chiffon for a family function.
Bridal Saree & Lehenga Draping
Weddings are stressful enough - let me take care of your look. I handle all kinds of bridal sarees, especially heavy silks like Kanchivarams, making sure they're secure for the whole day. Into lehengas? I offer classic and double dupatta lehenga styling, including a bit of stitching if needed, so you can move, dance, and not worry about a thing.
Draping Styles & Specialties
I’m a Nauvari saree draping specialist, from the classic 6-yard and 9-yard (Brahmani) to the elaborate 15-yard styles. I also love doing fluffy South Indian pleats and fusion styles – Gujarati, Mumtaz, Fish Cut, or even custom drapes if you want to try something new.
Extra Services
I offer on-location saree draping service across Pune, Mumbai, and Delhi - hotel, venue, yaa ghar pe (or your home). In Pune, I also provide a ready-to-wear pleated saree option, so you just slip into it on the big day. After the event, I can help fold and store your saree the right way.
My background as a teacher makes me a bit of a perfectionist. I focus on clean lines, neat pleats, and making sure you look khoop chaan (super great), whatever the occasion.

My Story
Hi, I’m Tejas. Saree isn’t just cloth for me, it’s pure power and adaa (grace). I mix tradition with a twist – you’ll find me draping a Maharashtrian Nauvari and grooving to English beats. Teaching gives me a khoop chaan (so nice) feeling. My Draping Tejas Academy started from wanting to share everything – basic fabrics, royal bridal looks, and building a gang who loves this art as much as I do.
