Allstars Studio: Choreography That Hits Different
I don't just teach steps; I build impact. From stage performances to high-energy video shoots, this is what 20 years of grind looks like.
This is what we build towards. A moment of pure performance, where every dancer is connected and the story comes alive under the lights. This is the result of months of collaborative creation and intense training.
The final bow after a student showcase. This moment is the payoff for all the grind and sweat. I push my students hard, but seeing them own the stage with this level of confidence makes it all worth it.
Here’s my professional crew, the Allstars Tribe, in our element. This piece, "Locked Out of Heaven," shows our high-energy, collaborative style. We work side-by-side to create impactful performance choreography that connects with the audience.
The vibe of my late-night workshops in Mumbai. This is where we push boundaries and explore movement in its rawest form. It's an intense, focused environment for dancers who want to level up their skills.
A solo moment for me to connect with the music and movement. This is where choreography begins, just me and an idea in the studio, exploring different styles like urban and contemporary to tell a story.
A moment of reflection. After 20 years in dance, I'm still a student of the art form, constantly learning and finding new ways to express stories through movement. This is me, the artist and the mentor.
Taking the choreography outdoors. This piece shows how we can adapt movement to any environment, blending urban dance styles with a fun, commercial track. It's all about creating a vibe, no matter where we are.
About Featured
Whether it is prepping a crew for a showcase at IFBC Studios or directing a high-energy video project, I focus on the 'why' behind the movement. It is never just about counting beats. It is about the muscle memory and the attitude you bring to the floor. If you are looking to level up your performance, come ready to grind, because this is where the work happens.
My style is not for everyone, and that is by design. After 20 years in this game, I know that real growth happens outside the comfort zone. Whether you are hiring me for a solo performance piece, a professional group act, or directional choreography for a music video, you are getting the same high-intensity, 'mujhe karna hai' attitude.
My approach is hands-on. For professional crews, we start with a concept and a story, then we draft, rehearse, and tweak until the piece feels powerful. For students, it is about that stage experience—the pro lights, the audience, and the nerves. You will be pushed, but the payoff is a massive boost in confidence.
I operate out of IFBC Studios in Saket, but I travel to client locations across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. My choreography is not boxed in by one genre; I mix contemporary, jazz, urban, dancehall, Bollywood, and Afro to get the story right. If you want performance coaching that leaves a mark, you are in the right place.
Donny
I’m Donny. I’ve spent two decades in the studio, not chasing applause, but hunting for that moment where the music and movement finally click. I run Allstars Studio with a mix of tough love, 50 squats if you're late, and a genuine obsession with getting the vibe right.
