About Signature Swing Cakes
Making these cakes is a bit of an engineering feat! I hand-build the structural swing and ensure the balance is perfect, especially when we add delicate elements like fairy lights, sugar flowers, or even mini balloons. Since these require careful on-site setup for the larger designs to stay perfect, I usually handle the assembly myself so you do not have to worry about a thing when the guests arrive. 😇
How I Build Your Swing Cake
When you order a signature swing cake, you are getting more than just a dessert. It is a mini art installation!
- The Structure: I build a custom, food-safe swing structure that sits securely on the cake.
- The Customization: Whether you want a 'Baby in Bloom' theme with sugar flowers, a whimsical hot air balloon with teddy bears, or even a 'Baby Shark' party, I customize everything from the cake topper to the flavor profile.
- Eggless & Safe: All cakes are 100% eggless. I use whipped cream and ganache for that smooth finish you see in the pictures.
Ordering for Your Event
Since these involve structural elements and custom figurines, please try to book 3 to 10 days in advance. This gives me enough time to craft the details and prep the structure, especially if we are planning a complex design like a multi-tiered piece or one with LED lighting.
I deliver across Delhi NCR, and for the really tall or elaborate designs, I prefer to assemble them right at the venue. That way, everything from the swing to the tiny baby figurine is perfectly in place for your big reveal. If you have a specific color palette or a Pinterest idea you are dying to recreate, just send it over! I love a good challenge and creating something new for your khushi (happiness). 🫶🏻
