I’ve spent years messing up cakes before nailing the ones that look like they’re floating in mid-air. That’s why I created these masterclasses - to actually show you the jugaad (clever tricks) and real skills it takes, not just the pretty pictures on Instagram.
What We’ll Dive Into
- Gravity cake workshop: You’ll build your own structure from scratch, with me guiding you step-by-step. Expect to get your hands messy.
- Fondant character modelling class: We’ll work on my signature teddy bears and more, so your cakes have that extra “awww” factor.
- Smoothing that fondant: There’s a trick to getting the finish right - I’ll help you nail it.
- All eggless: Every single thing we use and make is 100% eggless, because that’s how I bake at Dolce.
The Experience
- Small, chill batches in my Bank Enclave, Laxmi Nagar studio. No packed halls, just a cozy vibe.
- Fully hands-on, not just demos. You’ll do everything yourself, from start to finish.
- This is for folks who already know the basics and want to seekhna (learn) how to pull off those mad cake structures.
You’ll probably mess up a bit at first - happens to all of us, and it’s totally fine. I’ll be right there to help you figure it out, and honestly, that’s where the real learning is.

Hey, Akshika here! Been baking for 8 years now, started with just one order and now, look at me, juggling cakes and my little Ivaan. Motherhood hit different, yaar. Some folks say, 'kya hogaya - sab mummy bante hai, naya kya hai isme' (what's new, everyone becomes a mom), but only we moms get it.
