About Behind the Decks
I don’t just walk in and hit play. Whether I am at a club in Koramangala or a private event, I arrive 45 minutes early for a full sound check. If the venue gear is lacking, I bring my own professional controller to ensure the bass stays punchy and the transition between a classic track and a modern remix is seamless.
When you book me, you are not just getting a playlist. You are getting a mix of Bollywood, Bhangra, and commercial hits tailored to the energy of the room. My process starts long before the guests arrive. I spend time prepping specific cue points and custom remixes that you won't hear on standard streaming platforms.
During the set, I am not behind the deck just to watch the lights. I am actively reading the crowd. If the energy drops, I switch to my MC work to hype up the room or bring in high-tempo folk beats to get people moving. I believe in a 'no shortcut' approach. I use my own laptop and controller setup to keep the audio tight and reliable.
My style is about balancing the classics with what is trending. Whether it is mixing a traditional Chamkila beat with a modern track or shifting into Tech House when the crowd demands it, my goal is to keep the flow consistent. I have played across Bangalore from UB City to Marathahalli, and every gig is an opportunity to share the music I love with people who want to dance.
