Behind the Decks: Inside My Setup & Club Nights
Get a look at what actually happens when I hit the console. It is not just about pressing play; it is about the gear, the energy, and the team that turns a regular night into a wild club experience.
Standing by my console, ready to make the night unforgettable. Music really does make everything better.
In the zone at Drava Lounge during a Thursday Bollywood night. The music is my focus, and the crowd's energy is my guide.
A great moment with a friend behind the decks at Drava Lounge. It's always good to share the vibe with fellow music lovers.
With my friend and event organizer Vicky before a big night at Hangover. Teamwork makes the dream work.
Unveiling my new logo. A brand is a story, and I'm excited to start this new chapter.
It was an honor to be with one of the best Kannada singers, All OK, and the amazing anchor Niranjan Deshpande.
A moment of reflection. Success is the result of hard work, perseverance, and a deep love for what you do.
About this collection
When you see me in the booth, it is not just a laptop and a controller. I run on club-standard Pioneer CDJ 3000 setups because that is what ensures the heavy bass for my Bolly-tech mixes hits right. It is about precision equipment that keeps the dance floor moving for four to five hours straight.
The Gear Behind the Noise
People ask what I am actually doing up there. It is technical. I use Pioneer CDJ 3000s because they handle high-BPM Punjabi and my signature Bolly-tech remixes without latency. When I am dropping a track like 'Akhiyaan Gulaab' or a fresh Kannada remix, the sound system at places like Hangover or Drava Lounge needs to be tight. I do not just mix; I sync with the venue's CO2 jets and lights to turn a regular night into a concert.
The Energy & Collaboration
DJing is not a solo act. You will see me collaborating with event organizers like Vicky or performing alongside other artists. It is about team effort. When the crew is on point, the floor stays packed. Whether I am at a sundowner in Koramangala or a weekend headline set, the goal is always the same: keep the energy rising. If you are looking for that 'sakattāgittu' vibe for your own event, this is the precision and hype you are booking.
Darshan K Shetty
I am DJ DKS, and I live for the drop. When I am not behind the console, I am usually hunting for new tracks to create my signature Bolly-tech sound. It is just me, my decks, and the crowd—let's make your next event wild.
