People often ask if I have a pre-planned playlist for the night. The honest answer is no. I watch the crowd and mix live. If a track is not hitting, I pivot to something else immediately. It keeps the floor packed because the music is responding to exactly what the room needs, not what a setlist dictates.
I built my reputation on the #ComeCloser experience. It means stripping away the stage barriers and putting my console directly into the heart of the party. When the crowd can see the decks and feel the bass, the energy in the room shifts entirely.
My sets are never identical. Whether I am playing at a luxe lounge or a massive event like the Entertainment Premier League, I work with industry-standard Pioneer CDJ 3000s to layer beats and create transitions that hit hard. I might drop a classic Punjabi track into an EDM build-up or shift from a sundowner lounge vibe to a full-on rave at 2 AM. It is all about reading the room.
From residency sets in Delhi to shows at NEVAEH, my goal is to manage the energy, not just play songs. If you want a DJ who speaks to the room and keeps the dance floor density high from start to finish, that is what I do. I am not there to watch the clock. I am there to make sure the music is the answer to whatever vibe the crowd is craving.
