This is our weekly plan in a nutshell: Strength, Sweat, and Stretch. We combine different formats like Power Yoga, HIIT, and Dance Fitness to help you lose weight, build strength, and improve flexibility.

About Our Approach to Fitness
Instead of getting locked into one workout format, our studio offers a mix of Power Yoga, HIIT, and Dance Fitness. We keep our batch sizes small—between 15 to 20 participants—so you aren't just another face in the crowd. This allows our instructors to actually see you, check your form, and help you progress, whether you are a total beginner or someone getting back into the rhythm.
Strength, Sweat, and Stretch
We realized that dance is just one part of the picture. To keep moving well for the long term, you need stamina, mobility, and stability. That is why we designed our fitness model around three pillars: Strength, Sweat, and Stretch.
We move away from boring, repetitive gym routines. Instead, we offer:
- HIIT: Short, high-intensity intervals designed to build endurance and burn calories efficiently. You will definitely feel the burn here.
- Power Yoga & Fusion Flow: We focus on stability, posture, and breathwork. It is the perfect counter-balance to high-impact training.
- Dance Fitness: High-energy cardio that feels like a party. It is our signature way of getting your heart rate up without it feeling like a workout.

- No Long-Term Lock-in: We believe in flexibility. You can opt for a single drop-in session or a monthly membership without paying heavy registration fees.
- Studio Setup: Our space in Sahakarnagar features wooden laminate flooring, mirrors, and air-conditioning. We provide shared equipment like blocks and straps, so you just need to bring your mat and yourself.
- Community: When you join a batch, you get access to a WhatsApp group for updates and support. It is how we stay connected and ensure nobody feels lost.
