HIIT isn't about punishment or perfection, it is about short, intense circuits designed to boost your heart rate and muscle endurance. For our dancers, this training is the secret to holding that perfect aramandi or keeping energy high during a long performance. You don't need a gym membership; just bring yourself, your energy, and a willingness to try.
Many of our students ask if dance practice alone is enough for fitness. The truth is, dance gives you grace and joy, but HIIT gives you the power. We focus on core strength and lower body endurance—essential for holding challenging postures without fatigue. By incorporating HIIT into your routine, you develop the muscle stability needed for dance, while simultaneously improving your cardiovascular health.
Our classes run in small, inclusive batches of 15-20 people at our Sahakarnagar studio. We provide the equipment, you bring the effort. Whether you are training for a specific wedding performance or just want to feel fitter, our circuit training is adaptable. We break down the moves so you are never lost, and we celebrate every small win, whether it is completing your first set of burpees or simply showing up on a busy Tuesday.
