About Join Our Next Batch: Trials & Admissions
This is not a casual hobby camp. For our trials, you must arrive in full white cricket gear with your identification documents ready. We look for players who are prepared, disciplined, and ready for the high-pressure demands of competitive MCA club cricket.
Our selection trials are designed to identify players who have the skill and the temperament to survive in Mumbai's brutal cricket circuit. Whether you are aiming for U-16, U-19, or open-age categories, our process is transparent and performance-based.
The Scouting Process
When you attend our trials at our Sion or Cross Maidan, Churchgate facilities, you are not just hitting balls in the nets. We run simulations that mimic match pressure. I am personally watching for technique, but more importantly, I am watching your reaction to failure. If you lose your head after a bad delivery, we see it. If you have the grit to bounce back, we see that too.
What We Look For
We aren't just recruiting talent; we are filling slots for the Kanga League, Times Shield, and Purshottam Shield. We prioritize:
- Biomechanical Efficiency: Correct grip, stance, and backlift.
- Mental Toughness: Ability to follow instructions under fatigue.
- Fitness Baseline: Endurance levels for long days in the field.
Requirements for Admissions
If you clear the initial assessment, you will be invited to join our professional pathway. This includes indoor nets during the monsoon, video analysis of your bowling or batting action, and placement support into MCA-affiliated clubs. Please ensure you have your Mumbai-based residency documents for MCA registration, as we strictly follow association guidelines.
