My Clinical Nutrition Consultation Process
A consultation with me is not about rigid rules or starving. It is about understanding your unique body, your medical history, and your specific food preferences to build a plan that fits your life perfectly.
A glimpse into my consultation process. I believe in creating a work-life balance that includes focusing on your health. We discuss your routine and challenges to build a diet plan that fits seamlessly into your life, ensuring you can follow it consistently.
This video shows a real consultation in action. My client explains how my approach of creating a customized diet based on her food preferences made the plan easy and enjoyable to follow, which is the key to getting great results.
About My Consultation Approach
When we sit down for our initial 50-minute consultation, we start by looking at your current blood reports, such as Hb, Thyroid, and Insulin levels, to identify the root cause of your health concerns. I do not provide generic printouts. Instead, we map out your daily schedule and kitchen inventory to design a plan based on what you already have at home, ensuring you never feel like you are following a restrictive diet that clashes with your lifestyle.
How We Design Your Path to Better Health
My approach is built on one simple truth: you are more likely to succeed when the food you eat is food you actually enjoy. During our sessions in my Rohini clinic or via our online calls, we do not focus on calories or weighing scales. We focus on your biology and your habits.
The Diagnostic Foundation
Before I prescribe a single change, I review your recent clinical reports. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, diabetes, or unexplained weight gain, these markers tell a story. I look for nutritional gaps that standard internet advice often ignores. We talk about your energy levels, your sleep, and your current cooking situation.
Your Customised Weekly Plan
Once we have a plan, you are not left on your own. I provide four distinct diet charts every month that are adjusted based on your progress. We integrate what I call 'Kitchen Pharmacy'—using everyday spices and ingredients to address symptoms naturally. If you have a wedding to attend or a work trip coming up, we adjust the plan so you do not have to 'break' your diet or feel guilty.
Continuous Accountability
Dieting is 80 percent food and 20 percent movement. I provide WhatsApp support to help with real-time corrections, whether you are confused about a food swap or need help managing a food craving. This is not a one-time consultation. It is a partnership to help you reverse lifestyle conditions like thyroid imbalance or high cholesterol without relying on medication.
If you are tired of fad diets that leave you feeling drained, this is where we start the work of healing your body from the inside out.
