About Find Your Calm: Wellness & Rejuvenation
Our wellness workshops happen right in the heart of our Koramangala space, replacing loud speakers with singing bowls and city noise with guided stillness. These are not rigid fitness classes. We keep groups small and focus on simple practices like somatic yoga, cacao ceremonies, and meditation, making it easy to drop in and reset whether you are a complete beginner or a regular.
We know the city can feel overwhelming. That is why we use our space to host sessions that prioritize mental clarity and physical relaxation over performance. You will find us hosting everything from full moon sound baths and guided journaling to cacao circles that focus on community and self discovery. Why a cafe for wellness?
