Where Indian classical grace meets modern expression. My semiclassical sessions are all about storytelling, fluid movements, and finding your rhythm, whether you are a beginner or have years of practice.

There is nothing like performing for a live audience. This was a 9-minute improvised semiclassical piece, a style that truly feels like coming home to my classical training.

A special Janmashtami performance of "Woh Kisna Hai". My semiclassical workshops often celebrate festivals, allowing us to connect with culture through graceful choreography.

This song's lyrics mean everything to me. My choreography for "Tu Jhoom" is about letting go and trusting the universe. It's a full two-minute piece you can watch on my YouTube channel.

The old-school romantic in me choreographed this piece to "Tere Bin". I love creating routines that do justice to beautiful, soulful lyrics like these.

A little throwback to dancing in Central Park. This piece to "Piyu Bole" is all about that dreamy, princess-like feeling that first made me fall in love with dance.

Dancing to an SRK song in front of the iconic Bethesda Fountain in Central Park. This "Tere Naina" choreography blends Sufi-inspired moves with a semiclassical feel.

A live performance of "Achyutam Keshavam". These devotional pieces are a chance to express spirituality through dance, connecting with ancient traditions in a modern way.

About this collection

In my monthly batches, we don't just learn steps. We spend the final session filming a professional group video shoot, so you walk away with a polished piece to keep. It is the perfect way to see your progress and really own that main character energy on camera.

My semiclassical style is a fusion—I bring my professional training in Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet into the mix, giving traditional Indian dance moves a more lyrical, fluid quality. Whether it is a soulful Bollywood track or a devotional bhajan, the focus is always on storytelling. We use mudras and intricate footwork, but we keep the vibe fresh and accessible.

Classes are held in South Mumbai with small batch sizes, typically 10 to 15 students, so I can give every dancer personal attention. We work on posture, arm fluidity, and, most importantly, the emotion behind every movement. You will learn to express yourself, build confidence, and connect with the music on a deeper level. It is a safe, non-judgmental space to learn, grow, and just dance. My goal is to make sure you leave every session feeling more confident than when you walked in.
