Modern Minimalist & Japandi Interiors
We create clean, light-filled spaces that bring a sense of calm to the urban bustle. Our approach blends Japanese simplicity with functional design to make your home feel open, airy, and truly yours.
Introducing HEMADRI, a contemporary penthouse in Bengaluru. This home is a celebration of light and airiness, designed as a serene, minimalist retreat from the bustling city.
The helical staircase is the sculptural heart of the Hemadri penthouse, its swirling form creating a dynamic contrast with the clean, linear aesthetic of the space.
Upon entering the Hemadri penthouse, the eye is immediately drawn to the stunning helical staircase, a centerpiece that embodies contemporary elegance and structural ingenuity.

Fluid forms in white and wood are bathed in natural light from strategically placed skylights, which create an evolving interplay of light and shadow throughout the day.

A moment of pure minimalism in the Hemadri penthouse. This 'white on white' lounge space is activated by the breeze and the shifting patterns of sunlight.

About Modern Minimalist & Japandi Interiors
In our minimalist projects, we focus on texture to keep spaces from feeling sterile. For instance, the fluted wall panels in our Hemadri penthouse add subtle rhythm and depth to the white surfaces, making the room feel warm and tactile rather than just plain and empty.
Creating a minimalist home that feels comfortable requires a careful balance between structure and softness. Our approach blends Japanese simplicity with Scandinavian warmth, a style often called Japandi. We start by prioritizing natural light. In projects like the Hemadri penthouse, we use skylights so that the sun dictates the mood throughout the day.
Instead of using sterile materials, we layer textures. You will see us pair crisp white walls with warm oak or teak elements. We love incorporating sculptural features, such as the helical staircases shown here, to serve as functional art. For the joinery, we move away from glossy laminates, choosing fluted panels or cane weaving that offer a softer, more organic aesthetic.
If you are planning a modern home in Bengaluru, think about your storage needs. We prefer built-in cabinetry that integrates into the wall planes to keep your footprint clean. Whether you need full turnkey support or just architectural blueprints, our team emphasizes bioclimatic design to keep your home airy and bright in the city.
