About Meet the Team & Our Work
You won't find me sitting in an office all day. Whether it's our Noida factory where your furniture is being cut or a flat site where my team is installing a false ceiling, I am the one you will see on-site. Because we own the manufacturing, we don't rely on third-party vendors for your cabinets or wardrobes, which means I can personally guarantee the quality of every piece that goes into your home.
I started Design and Decor with one goal: to handle the 'pura kaam' (the whole work) from start to finish. When you hire me, you aren't just getting a design; you are getting a partner who manages every contractor, carpenter, and painter.
Why I am involved in every project
Most companies have a project manager who visits once a week. That is not how I work. If I am doing your home renovation, I am checking the plywood quality at the factory in the morning, and I am at your site in the afternoon ensuring the measurements are perfect. This hands-on approach helps us avoid the common mistakes that usually delay home renovation projects.
Our Noida Factory Advantage
Since we manufacture our own modular furniture, we handle the production cycle ourselves. This gives us two big advantages:
- Timeline Control: If we promise delivery, we meet it because the factory reports directly to me.
- Customization: If you have a specific space or a corner that needs a unique wardrobe design, we don't have to order it from a catalog. We build it to fit.

My team has worked with me on projects across major Noida societies like 3C Lotus Panache. Whether it is a full 3BHK overhaul or a kitchen renovation, we work with a system.
