About Modern & Multi-Brand Stores
At 1st Avenue in IFC M3M Gurugram, we avoided standard wall-to-wall racking in favor of an open, fluid layout. By using custom wooden display units and intentional lighting paths, we guided movement throughout the store. It is these deliberate choices on display density and sightlines that turn a simple shop into a destination where customers actually want to linger.
We believe a successful retail store doesn't just hold inventory, it holds attention. Our design process starts by understanding your brand identity, not by applying copy-paste templates. Whether it is a boutique footwear store or a large-format showroom, we focus on visual merchandising that aligns with your specific product category.
Our approach covers the entire technical scope. We handle civil layouts to optimize customer flow, reflected ceiling plans to integrate HVAC with lighting, and custom furniture details to ensure every display unit serves a purpose. For our recent Gurugram project, we integrated custom signage and premium wall finishes to give the brand a distinct, bold identity.
We collaborate closely with our fit-out team to ensure the site execution matches our 3D renders. This means we are involved from the electrical planning for your POS systems to the final lighting adjustments that highlight your products. We provide detailed BOQ and design supervision, so you know exactly what is being built and why. If you want a space that feels lived-in and professional rather than just a magazine set, let's talk.
