We chose this basement location in CR Park specifically for the sprung wooden flooring. It absorbs the impact of your jumps and turns, which makes a massive difference for your joints when you are practicing shines or drills for hours. The air conditioning is tuned for high-energy sessions, so you stay cool even when the music gets intense.
