We don't just put players on a treadmill. Our conditioning focuses on cricket-specific movements—like goblet squats for lower-body power during batting and agility drills to make your fielding sharper. Every drill I design is meant to help you stay fresh and focused through the final overs when the match is on the line.

  • Strength for Cricket: We focus on functional strength. We don't lift weights just to look big; we work on compound movements like deadlifts and core conditioning to ensure you have the explosive power to hit boundaries and the stamina to bowl long spells without fatigue.
  • Mental Toughness: Cricket is a mental game. We incorporate yoga and breathing exercises to help our players stay calm during tight finishes. A clear head is the best tool you can have at the crease.
