My dessert tubs and bento cakes are made in small, focused batches in my Vikhroli kitchen. Whether it is a creamy Tiramisu or a hand-painted bento cake, I make sure the sponge is light and the flavors are spot on. Because I bake only when you order, you never get something that has been sitting on a shelf.
When you order a dessert tub or a bento cake from me, you are getting a homemade treat that I have personally prepared. My Tiramisu features a coffee-soaked sponge with an authentic mascarpone blend, while my Tres Leches is a seasonal favorite that uses fresh fruit like mango or strawberry.
Bento cakes are my favorite way to celebrate the small moments. These mini cakes are perfect for one or two people and allow for so much creativity. I can do everything from sweet vintage floral patterns and cute doodles to personalized messages for birthdays and anniversaries.
