Fresh, Preservative-Free Daily Breads

Since we don't use preservatives, our breads have a shelf life of about 2 to 3 days. To get the best texture, I always tell people to store them in a cool spot, but honestly, they are usually gone by the end of the day anyway. If you are picking up a focaccia or multigrain loaf for the week, just slice and freeze whatever you won't finish immediately to keep it fresh.

When I started the studio, the goal was to make things you actually want to eat every day. That means no industrial preservatives and no weird additives. Whether you are grabbing a pack of our burger buns for a home BBQ or a loaf of multigrain for your morning toast, you are getting bread that was in the oven just a few hours before.

What we make

• Focaccia: Infused with herbs and olive oil, this is perfect with coffee or as a side for dinner.
• Daily Loaves: Whole Wheat and Multigrain options that actually taste like grain, not air.
• Bases: Our pizza bases and burger buns are designed to hold up to whatever toppings you pile on, without getting soggy.
• Savory Buns: The Korean cream cheese bun and our charcoal-smoked paneer tikka bread are fan favorites for a reason.

Everything is made in small batches right here at the studio in Ghaziabad. We don't have a massive warehouse, so availability can fluctuate. If you need something specific for a weekend brunch or a dinner party, reach out a day in advance so I can make sure the oven is ready for you.
