Core Setup
- Backdrop: 1 Round Ring Backdrop (6x6 ft) or Rectangular Panel (4x7 ft) dressed with theme-specific flex fabric or drapes.
- Balloon Decor: Organic style balloon garland running along half the rim of the backdrop (approx. 200-250 balloons). Includes a mix of pastel matte balloons and metallic/chrome accents.
- Signage: 1 Standard "Happy Birthday" Neon Light or a Cardboard Bunting.
Props & Detailing
- Character Cutouts: 1 to 2 Theme-specific sunboard cutouts (approx. 2-3 ft height) placed near the backdrop.
- Cake Display: 1 Cylinder Pedestal or Cake Table with a themed sticker or fabric wrap.
- Lighting: 1-2 LED Par lights to illuminate the backdrop area.
- Flooring: Basic carpet or rug near the cake cutting area.

Banquet Hall Stage & Entrance Package
Main Stage Decoration (8x8 ft to 10x8 ft)

- Balloon Arch: Full semi-arch or L-shaped organic balloon arrangement framing the backdrop. Uses latex balloons with foil stars/hearts interspersed.
- Themed Props: 3 to 4 Large Cutouts (3ft - 4ft) related to the theme (e.g., Jungle animals, Princess castle, Avengers).
- Lighting: 4-6 LED Par lights for washing the stage in colors.
- Name Detail: Child's name on the backdrop in printed font or sunboard cut-out.
Entrance & Welcome Area
- Entrance Gate: Standard Balloon Arch (Spiral or Organic style) matching the theme colors at the venue door.
- Welcome Sign: 1 Themed Welcome Board on a wooden easel stand (2x3 ft) with the child's photo and name.

- Cake Area: Themed Cake Table decoration with props.
- Flooring: Red or Green carpet for the stage area.

Premium 10x10ft Sequin & 3D Prop Setup
Premium Stage Setup (10x10 ft or larger)
- Backdrop: Choice of Premium Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold/Silver/Black) OR 3D Architectural Panels with neon signage.
- Signature Lighting: Marquee Letters spelling out the child's full name (up to 5-6 chars) or Age, placed prominently in front of the stage.
- Luxury Balloon Decor: Heavy volume organic balloon styling flowing across the backdrop and floor. Includes Chrome, Pastel, and large Foil Orbs.
- Premium Props: Use of 3D props (Fiber or MDF) such as giant Ice Creams, Carriages, or large Animal statues. White Picket Fencing to enclose the area.
Walkway & Venue Detailing
- Grand Entrance: A themed fabricated structure or heavy balloon tunnel with special elements.
- Walkway Decor: 4 to 6 Balloon pillars or thematic standees placed along the path to the stage.
- Photo Zone: A dedicated "Journey Wall" (Wooden Pallet backdrop) displaying 10-15 photos of the child (1 to 12 months timeline).
Special Effects
- Entry Effect: Dry Ice Fog (Matka/Pot smoke) entry for the cake cutting or parents' entry.
- Cold Pyro: 2 shots of Cold Pyro (Sparklers) for the celebration moment.
