Ever wonder how a plain living room turns into a dreamy event space? Here is a peek at what my team and I get up to while prepping for your special days.

About Behind the Scenes: How I Work
It looks like magic when it is finished, but there is a lot of work that happens before the first guest walks in. Whether we are inflating dozens of balloons for an arch or carefully placing fresh flowers to get that perfect asymmetric look, my team and I spend hours fine-tuning the micro-details. We handle all the setup and teardown, so you do not have to worry about the heavy lifting or the mess.
The photos you see on this site are the final results, but the process is where the real work happens. When I take on a booking in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, or Lonavala, I am not just dropping off props. I am there on site, often with my team, managing the assembly of backdrops, securing neon signs, and making sure the balloon garlands have that perfect, shiny finish.
My Working Process
When you book a setup, I start by understanding your vision—whether it is a Pinterest-inspired boho engagement or a vibrant haldi ceremony. Once we confirm the design, my team and I arrive 90 to 120 minutes before your event starts.
We bring everything: the metal frames, the backdrop fabric, the floral runners, and the lighting. We do not just place items and leave; we style them. If a balloon arch needs a specific spray to look premium, we do it. If the flowers need to be adjusted for the best camera angle, we fix them.
Why the BTS Matters
I believe in being real about what goes into an event. Things like weather, venue space, and last-minute changes can happen, but that is why I am hands-on. I want to make sure your space looks exactly how you imagined it.
