This is why I love my job. I set up this surprise for a client's parents on their 25th anniversary, complete with a 'Better Together' neon sign and marquee numbers. Seeing their priceless reaction makes all the hard work worth it.
I love how this anniversary backdrop turned out. The combination of a custom neon sign with white and gold balloons, pampas grass, and delicate artificial florals creates a look that is both royal and modern.
For those cozy, intimate celebrations, I create romantic room decorations like this one. A pathway of rose petals and candles leads to a beautifully decorated bed with 'Happy Anniversary' balloons, setting the perfect mood for a surprise.

I personally handle the execution of every setup, whether it is a quick 90-minute bedroom surprise or a larger milestone party. For all home setups, I use paint-safe masking tape for wall decor, so you get the wow factor without worrying about damaging your walls after the celebration.

Romantic Room Surprises
If you want something intimate, my go-to is a romantic room transformation. I arrange deep red fresh rose petal pathways and 40-50 unscented tea-light candles to create a warm glow. I pair this with ceiling balloons and a 'Happy Anniversary' foil banner. These setups are designed to turn a standard bedroom into a private celebration space, usually taking about 60 to 90 minutes to assemble.
Milestone Parties & Grand Backdrops
For 25th or 50th anniversaries, we need something that stands out. I create grand backdrops using 8ft stands draped with white or pastel fabric, accented with high-quality artificial flowers, eucalyptus, and pampas grass for a modern look. For milestones like golden jubilees, I bring in large 4ft LED marquee numbers and organic balloon arches using chrome and pastel balloons to make the space feel celebratory.

I am based in Navi Mumbai but frequently travel across Mumbai, Lonavala, and Karjat to bring these ideas to life. My style is very tactile—I love mixing textures like metallic balloons, shimmer curtains, and neon signs. Whether you prefer a classic white and gold elegant look or something offbeat and boho, I adapt the materials to fit your venue, be it a living room, garden, or banquet hall.
