When I build these for you, I focus on the details—like ensuring the balloon arch feels full and organic, or making sure the shimmer wall is perfectly aligned. I use paint-safe masking tape for all wall-mounted pieces and sturdy metal frames for independent structures, so you get the wow factor without worrying about venue rules.

How I Style Your Backdrops
- Balloon Art: I use a mix of chrome, metallic, and pastel balloons to build organic garlands that don't look like standard store-bought arches. I like to add floral runners or pampas grass to soften the edges.
- Shimmer & Neon: For a modern look, I pair sequin shimmer walls with custom neon signs. These work perfectly as an event photography background that guests will actually want to use.
- Boho & Elegant: If you want something offbeat, I use draped fabrics, artificial roses, and dried palm leaves to create a dreamy aesthetic.
Practical Details
I handle the full setup and teardown, so you just have to show up and enjoy the party. My setups typically require 60 to 90 minutes for smaller room surprises, while larger milestone events with marquee numbers and 8ft frames take about 2.5 to 3 hours.
