From raw teak wood to finished dining sets, I design and build seating that fits your space. No middlemen, just direct factory quality from my Vasai workshop.

Before any piece leaves my factory, I personally check it for quality and comfort. Here, I'm testing a lounge chair that combines a solid wood frame with natural cane weaving, ensuring it's sturdy and well-balanced.

This video shows the journey of an armchair from a 2D design sketch to the finished product. You can see the wooden frame being built, followed by the upholstery process, resulting in a comfortable and stylish Safi chair.

A look at the production process for a set of hotel dining chairs. The video shows the raw wooden frames, the chairs after being upholstered in a bright turquoise fabric, and the final detailing with a patterned fabric on the back.

This dining setup combines different seating options. I built the live-edge table, the wooden dining chairs, and the upholstered bench, offering flexibility and a relaxed feel for this family dining area.

This was the space before we transformed it. It was a simple living area, and my job was to turn it into a dedicated, elegant dining room by providing the right furniture.

A happy client visiting my workshop to see their new dining table and chair. I always welcome clients to see their furniture in person before delivery. It’s the best way to ensure they are completely satisfied with the craftsmanship.

Here I am with a client, inspecting the finish on his new ashwood dining table. I believe in a hands-on approach and walking clients through the details of their custom-made pieces.

About Dining & Seating Solutions

Before we commit to the final upholstery, I always ask clients to approve the frame structure. It might seem like an extra step, but testing the chair height and back curve at this stage is the only way to ensure it feels right for your specific dining table setup before we apply the fabric and finish.

Built for Daily Use

When you buy furniture from a shop, you rarely know what is happening inside the frame. In my studio, we do things differently. I use solid Ashwood or Teak Wood for every frame, employing mortise and tenon joinery rather than just relying on glue or staples. This is not about making furniture that looks good in a catalog for a month; it is about building pieces that handle the weight of daily family dinners or high-traffic restaurant environments.

The Manufacturing Process

My workshop in Vasai handles the entire lifecycle of your furniture.

  • Prototyping: If you have a specific ergonomic requirement or a design sketch, we build a frame first to test the comfort.
  • Material Selection: You choose your wood (Teak, Ashwood) and your finish. We do not use engineered wood for load-bearing structures.
  • Quality Inspection: I personally check every batch of chairs before they leave the factory floor. If a joint feels loose or a finish does not meet the stain test, it goes back to the sanding station.

Customization Beyond Dimensions

Whether you need a live-edge table for a Mumbai apartment or a set of 50 chairs for a commercial restaurant project, the approach remains the same. You can choose the fabric GSM, the density of the seat foam (we use 40-density HR foam to prevent sagging), and the type of polish. Because we are a manufacturing studio, we skip the showroom markups, meaning you get higher-grade materials for the same budget you would spend on mass-produced items.
