This is our vision for the future of Mumbai's skyline. We are thrilled to unveil Phase 1 of this mixed-use landmark, featuring twin towers rising 210m and 120m, connected by a sculptural skydeck. It’s a project that redefines how we live, work, and connect, creating a bold new vertical experience for the city.

We are proposing a new gateway to the Lakshadweep Islands, a sustainable aerodrome inspired by the rhythm of the ocean. The design uses double-insulated walls and a carefully planned glass-to-solid ratio to minimize heat gain, creating a resort-like setting that aligns with India’s vision for world-class, eco-responsible tourism.

We designed this sales office in Mumbai as a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and organic warmth. The space is defined by its sculptural, vaulted ceilings and flowing walls, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated environment for business. We used a neutral palette and natural materials to craft a space that is both functional and sensory.

We believe in showing our process from start to finish. Here you can see our render for the Sejal City towers in Goregaon side-by-side with the actual construction site. This is where the digital dream begins to take shape in concrete and steel, a critical moment in bringing a new landmark to life.

This is our upcoming commercial development in Pune, a project where the architecture itself is environmentally responsive. The building features parametric fins that are not just for looks; they are designed to provide softer daylight and reduce the building's HVAC costs, creating a greener, more efficient workspace.

Here are the faces behind the firm, the two of us, Karan and Devansh. We grew up sketching on walls and are now turning those childhood dreams into real skylines. We lead a dynamic design practice across nine cities, shaping projects with stories, a deep respect for our 65-year legacy, and just the right dose of madness.

For our Villa G-NEX project, we broke down the design from the initial site plan to the final, stunning render. This sheet shows the conceptual massing, sectional cuts, and the final architectural visualization of a modern family villa, complete with a private pool and lush terrace gardens.

We designed this multi-level clubhouse for a large residential development in Central Mumbai. The parametric design, crafted using advanced software, creates a fluid, organic form that integrates seamlessly with the poolside lounge area, offering residents a luxurious space to relax and unwind.

Legacy with a Twist

I’m part of a family that’s been in architecture for 65 years, but I don’t just follow the old ways. For me, design is about mixing experience with a bit of wild thinking. I want spaces to feel good, not just look fancy. Sometimes, the best ideas start as a doodle on a napkin.

How I Work

I kick things off with rough sketches, playing with light, air, and views till it feels right.
Next, I use digital architectural visualization tools to turn those sketches into visuals you can actually picture living in.
If something’s tricky - like a curved balcony or a weird angle - I build models and mockups in my workshop. No guesswork.
I’m hands-on during construction, making sure the final building matches the dream, not just the render.
