We are proposing a new gateway to the Lakshadweep Islands, a sustainable aerodrome inspired by the rhythm of the ocean. The design uses double-insulated walls and a carefully planned glass-to-solid ratio to minimize heat gain, creating a resort-like setting that aligns with India’s vision for world-class, eco-responsible tourism.

We designed this sales office in Mumbai as a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and organic warmth. The space is defined by its sculptural, vaulted ceilings and flowing walls, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated environment for business. We used a neutral palette and natural materials to craft a space that is both functional and sensory.

This is our upcoming commercial development in Pune, a project where the architecture itself is environmentally responsive. The building features parametric fins that are not just for looks; they are designed to provide softer daylight and reduce the building's HVAC costs, creating a greener, more efficient workspace.

For our Villa G-NEX project, we broke down the design from the initial site plan to the final, stunning render. This sheet shows the conceptual massing, sectional cuts, and the final architectural visualization of a modern family villa, complete with a private pool and lush terrace gardens.
