Architecture for Clubhouses, Pavilions & Lounges
We design community spaces that pull people together. From multi-level clubhouses to exclusive office lounges, our work uses parametric logic and organic textures to create immersive environments.
Welcome to the Midas Lounge, an office we designed with no workstations. Located on a top floor in Kohinoor Square, Mumbai, this socially inclusive space features a CNC-milled GRC coffee table, a grid wall of metal and marble, and custom jacquard sofas, all designed for conversation and connection.
A view of our parametric clubhouse design, where the landscape and architecture merge. Lush tropical plants and water bodies are integrated with the structure, creating a biophilic oasis for residents.
This render shows the various seating areas and relaxation zones within the clubhouse landscape. We designed sunken lounges and waterside decks to provide a variety of intimate and social spaces.
The main pool area of the multi-level clubhouse. The design features a large resort-style pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and a woven cabana, all set against the backdrop of the parametrically designed building.
This collage illustrates our vision for a clubhouse that grows with its community. It's a space for all ages, from kids splashing in the pool to adults enjoying a quiet coffee, showing how our illustrated concepts become the backdrop for real-life memories.
"Vault's Up!" This video gives a tour of a unique experience center we designed for a real estate developer. We replaced a conventional roof with dramatic arched vaults, creating a space reminiscent of Santorini, all completed in just 71 days.

About Curated Experiences: Clubhouses, Pavilions & Lounges
When we design a lounge or clubhouse, we prioritize flow over standard floor plates. For our project at Kohinoor Square, we skipped the traditional workstation layout entirely, using CNC-milled GRC and custom fabric textures to encourage genuine social connection instead of just work.
Architecture in this space requires more than just good looks; it demands an understanding of human behavior and rapid execution. We treat every lounge and clubhouse as a distinct narrative.
Why Parametric Matters
We rely on digital visualization and parametric design (using tools like Rhino and Maya) not just for aesthetics, but for precision. Whether it is a curved balcony or a complex ceiling vault, we model it first. This removes guesswork from the construction phase. In our 'Vaultz's Up' project, this approach allowed us to complete the entire structure and interior in just 71 days.
Materiality & Texture
We move beyond standard materials. We frequently use:
- GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete): Perfect for custom, non-standard shapes like arches and vaults.
- Lime Plaster: Gives interiors a soft, organic warmth that feels calm and minimalist.
- Biophilic Elements: We don't just place a plant in the corner. We integrate water bodies, sunken decks, and greenery into the architecture itself to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Built for People
These aren't just display spaces. We design them for longevity—whether it is a sales lounge that needs to convert visitors into buyers or a clubhouse designed to be the heart of a residential community for decades. We focus on acoustic comfort, layered lighting, and furniture layouts that naturally guide people toward conversation. If you are looking to create a space that feels like a getaway while being functional, let's talk.
