About From Our Kitchen to Yours
When we say 'handmade', we mean every step is done right here in our home, from sourcing raw mangoes to the final spice blend. My mother-in-law's recipes rely on patience and quality ingredients, which is why we skip preservatives entirely. Whether it is our Chole Masala or our tangy Achar, what you get is the exact taste we grew up eating.
Our Kitchen Story
Everything started because I missed the simple, honest joy of my mother-in-law's cooking. We realized that while life gets busy, our health and cravings for 'ghar ka swaad' shouldn't suffer. That is why we decided to share our secret family recipes with the world.
The Way We Work
- No Shortcuts: We do not believe in mass production factories. We operate from our kitchen in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, where the ingredients are hand-cleaned and processed.
- Preservative-Free: You will not find artificial colors or long-term chemical preservatives here. We rely on the traditional science of oil, salt, and spices to keep our pickles fresh.
- Quick & Easy: Our instant mixes, like the Punjabi Chole Masala or the Eggless Pancake Mix, are designed for the modern household. They give you the authentic taste of slow-cooked meals in just 10 minutes.
