About The Cuisineo Family & Our Process

The biggest secret to our service isn't a complex recipe, but our strict rule of arriving at the venue three to four hours before your guests. While others might rush in right before service, we use that extra time to stress-test every live station and ensure the warming equipment is holding temperature, leaving you to actually enjoy your own party without worrying about the logistics.

Our Family-Led Approach

When you book with us, you are not dealing with a faceless agency. I am Chef Nitin, and my wife Chitra is the co-pilot of this operation. We are personally on the floor at your event, managing everything from the kitchen setup to the service flow. Because we are a family-led business, we treat your event with the same care and attention we would for our own celebrations.

Why We Arrive Early

Most of our planning happens long before the first guest walks in. Arriving 3-4 hours early allows us to prep our stations and set up our premium crockery properly. Whether we are setting up a live Chaat counter or a full buffet with our antique copperware, that time is essential. It prevents the last-minute stress that ruins the vibe of a good party.

I spent 16 years in 5-star kitchens before starting Cuisineo in 2012, and that training never leaves you. We don't use shortcuts with ingredients. We source from reliable vendors, ensuring the food is not just expensive—it is 'mazedaar' (delicious) and consistent. Whether you need a Pure Vegetarian, Jain, or a full-blown non-veg spread, we handle it with the strict hygiene standards you expect from professional catering.
