Real cricket training for aspiring players in Mumbai. We don't just coach skills; we build match-ready cricketers on real grounds.

This is why I started my academy. After winning the IPL, I knew I had to give back. I wanted to create a place where kids from any background, even those whose parents are auto-rickshaw drivers or maids, could get a real chance to play for Mumbai and even India. My dream is to see one of my students play for the country while I watch from the stands.

This is what hard work looks like. Omkar Patankar, one of our dedicated wicket-keeper batsmen, was selected for the Mumbai U-19 Summer Off-Season Camp. He has the vision behind the stumps and the fire with the bat. We are proud to see him get recognized.

Cricket doesn't stop for the weather, and neither do we. This is a glimpse of our monsoon training camp. Rain or shine, our players show up and put in the work. This dedication is what builds champions.

It means a lot to have the support of my former IPL teammate and cricket legend, Shane Watson. He knows the game inside out and understands the importance of good coaching for young players who want to live their cricket dreams.

We are proud of all our players, boys and girls. Here are two of our stars, Harsh Salunkhe and Mitali Mhatre, who are both representing Mumbai in U-19 state-level cricket. Their success is a result of their consistent hard work and our process.

This is where players get their big break. We host selection trials for major tournaments like the Girls Kanga Knockout. I personally oversee the trials to spot talent and give every deserving player a platform to showcase their skills.

Results speak louder than words. Here is our player Harsh Salunkhe after being awarded Man of the Series and Best Batsman in the U-17 Power Championship tournament. He scored 250 runs and took 6 wickets in just 4 matches.

Monty Panesar, who has played 50 test matches for England, shares his thoughts on our academy. He knows that to become a professional, you need to work on every part of your game, from technical skills to your lifestyle, and that is what we focus on here.

You will not find fancy artificial turfs here. We train on real red soil pitches at Gandhi Maidan because a match is not played in a closed room. Whether it is the blistering summer heat or monsoon mud, we keep our sessions running. My only requirement is that you show up with the hunger to put in the effort.
