About Additional Practice Sessions
Our evening sessions at the R.K. Puram ground are where the real work happens. We use floodlights to simulate match conditions, allowing you to face everything from rapid pace to tricky spin in the same environment you'll play your competitive games. It’s not just about bowling balls; it’s about refining your focus when the pressure is on.
Developing a cricketer isn't just about the weekend matches; it’s about the silent hours spent on the pitch during the week. At BGN, our additional practice sessions are designed to move beyond basic technique and into high-pressure simulation. Whether you are working on your death-over batting or looking to sharpen your wicket-keeping reflexes, these sessions provide the high-repetition environment you need to build muscle memory.
We maintain our ground specifically to ensure that the bounce and seam movement remain consistent, giving you the best possible practice surface. For our serious students, we use sidearm throwdowns to replicate high-speed deliveries without needing a dedicated bowler for every single ball. This increases the volume of your practice, letting you hit hundreds of balls in an hour. We also offer session analysis where we track your footwork and bat path, making sure that what you practice is technically sound. If you are struggling with a specific shot or need to adjust to different pitch conditions, these sessions are where we iron out those kinks.
We keep the atmosphere intense but inclusive. You will find players of all ages and levels here, all sharing the same goal: to get better. If you are ready to put in the time, the ground is waiting for you.
