Our Daily Training Framework

• Technical Drills: We break down the game into its components. Sessions focus on stroke biomechanics for batting and action analysis for bowling. You will spend time on cone-based footwork and target bowling to ensure high precision.
• Match Simulation: Practice must mirror reality. We hold regular center-wicket sessions on our full-sized green outfield, giving you the exposure to real-game scenarios, not just stationary batting.
• Physical & Mental Edge: Cricket is 50% skill and 50% mindset. Our coaching includes specialized fitness training to build speed and agility, alongside mental sessions that teach you how to stay calm when the game turns against you.
• Professional Pathways: We believe in results. That is why our training is directly linked to local and regional opportunities, including our own Junior Cricket League and active sponsorship of girls' cricket teams to help them break barriers.
