About Me
Nanna hesaru Shanth Kumar. I used to make creative gifts and work with photos. That line closed in 2024/25. Now I get real joy from decorating your family events. Whether it's a sanna (small) function at home or a dodda (big) party in a hall, I like making things look special.
What I Do
I handle balloon decoration for these occasions:
- Kids' birthdays, including themed birthdays
- Naming ceremonies
- Baby showers and welcome baby events
- Anniversaries
- Family get-togethers
- Housewarming
- Office decoration
- Corporate and school events
We can do festival decoration if you need no flowers from us. Balloons, drapes, lights and cutouts are options. We do not offer floral decoration, fresh or artificial.
Decoration Styles
Nodi, I can go simple or grand, whatever suits your mood and space. Balloons are my thing - balloon arch decoration, organic garlands, or fun foil characters. If you want custom party backdrops, I can print your photo, set up shimmer walls, or use fabric and fairy lights. Props like cake stands, character cutouts, and small decor items are options. We can also bring cream pleated plinths, a "LOVE" sign and a fairy-lit branch tree. Props depend on the agreed scope.
The minimum order value means we do work worth your budget, with a proper setup sized to it. It is not a cut-down or lesser version. There is no fixed inclusion list at the minimum price. A standard home setup uses our own materials. Fuller backdrops have a larger scope. These decoration options are not included at every price.
Themes & Extras
If you have a hosa hosa (new) theme in mind, I love working on it. Jungle, Frozen, Space, Princess, mermaid / under-the-sea, Tom and Jerry - we've done these. We've decorated a 4th birthday in an apartment community hall too. Want extra sparkle? I can arrange LED letter decorations, neon signs, smoke effects, or cold pyro sparklers for dramatic entrances.
My Promise
Decoration doesn't have to be expensive. People say I'm 'cheap and best' - I take that as a compliment. I always try to give elegant decoration for any budget. Nimma mane (your home) or party halls in Bangalore, I cover it all. For big events, I can travel outside Bangalore too.
One thing to know: I do full decoration only, with my own balloons and materials. I don't take setup-only jobs where you bring everything and I just come to install it.
Booking and Price Terms
- Cancellation: If materials have already been bought for your job, the advance is not refundable. If not, the advance is refundable. Cancelling about a week before the event means a full refund if no materials have been bought. He decides when to buy materials job by job, with no fixed timing. Do not assume a refund at any particular point before the event. The refund depends on materials bought for your job, not the date alone.
- Date changes: If the decorator is available on the new date, moving is no issue. No fee was mentioned. If he is unavailable, the move is treated as a cancellation under the same materials rule. The advance is not refundable if materials have been bought for your job; otherwise, it is refundable.
- Rain: There is no refund if it rains after the whole setup is complete.
- Approved reference: If decor differs from the approved reference, the decorator tries to fix it on-site as much as possible before leaving. This is not a guaranteed redo or return visit. There is no refund once decoration is complete.
- GST: GST is not added on top of the prices.
- Weekend and festival dates: Weekends do not cost more. Family-occasion bookings on festival dates may cost more, with any increase decided at the time. There is no fixed amount. This is not an established pricing term for festival decoration itself.
