Themed Birthday Balloon Decoration for Kids in Bengaluru

What Different Budgets Buy

₹3,000–3,500 is our minimum order value. We provide a proper setup sized to that budget, not a cut-down or lesser version. There is no fixed inclusion list. A normal home setup with our own materials is around ₹5,000.

For standard-home jobs beyond ~20 km but still within Bengaluru, ₹6,000–7,000 is all-in, including transport. Nothing is charged on top. Outside Bengaluru, I set each job's price case by case, at my discretion. There is no fixed out-of-city rate, transport charge or formula; the ₹6,000–7,000 figure does not apply.

A fuller baby-shower reference was quoted at ₹8,000 before negotiation, not delivered or sold as a fixed package.

Themes and Decoration Options

We have worked with Jungle Safari, Space, Princess and Frozen themes. Printed backdrops, photo cutouts, light-up names and themed props are options, depending on the agreed scope. No fixed balloon count or prop list is promised at the minimum price.

The fairy birthday has balloon columns with chrome gold tops and a pink-draped cake table. Our Space birthday has coloured uplighting; its venue looks like a clubhouse or function room.

Ira's pastel macaron birthday uses a photo backdrop, gold fringe, clear confetti balloons and cream pleated plinths. The flowers visible in that video are not decoration I offer.

Fog, cold pyro and custom LED neon signs are available capabilities. Their bundled banquet pricing remains unconfirmed, and they are not automatic minimum-order inclusions. The hall birthday video does not establish an effects bundle or its price.

Timing

Urgent and same-day bookings are possible if we can reach with all items ~2–3 hours before the event. We are based in BTM 1st Stage and work across Bengaluru.
