A look at some of my favorite event setups. From small birthday parties to festive gatherings, I focus on details that make your day special without burning a hole in your pocket.

This is a complete jungle theme decoration I did for a first birthday party. The setup includes a custom printed backdrop with animal characters, an organic balloon garland in green, yellow, and gold, and themed props like a tiger and zebra. I also provided the light-up 'NAKSH' letters and the number '1' candle display.

For this birthday, I created a classic and elegant look with a circular balloon arch in royal blue and gold. To make it personal, I added cutouts of the birthday boy's photo on the side pillars and spelled out his name 'LITHISH' in lighted letters at the front.

This vibrant, multi-colored circular balloon arch creates a very festive photo booth area. I used a mix of red, blue, silver, and gold balloons and added a bright 'Happy Birthday' neon sign in the center, along with fairy lights for extra sparkle. The setup also includes decorative props and personalized 'TANVITH' light-up letters.

This outdoor Mermaid theme birthday party is one of my favorites. The setup includes a large, sparkling sequin backdrop for the stage, a custom balloon arch with sea-inspired colors, and unique props like a glittery seashell and coral cutouts to create a complete underwater fantasy.8

For this first birthday party, I created a full stage setup. It features a custom backdrop, a large balloon arch in shades of pink and rose gold, and multiple white plinths for the cake and props. The lighting includes a large marquee number '1' and the child's name in marquee letters, plus small decorative lights like a heart and butterfly.9
This was a grand 95th birthday celebration. I used a gold sequin shimmer wall for a glamorous photo backdrop, paired with a custom black circular sign. The black and gold balloon garland and light-up marquee number '95' complete this elegant party setup.
