About The Newborn Miracle: Studio Portraits
A typical newborn session in my Borivali studio lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. I keep the environment calm and slow-paced, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes. You do not need to worry about your baby crying or needing a break, as the session is built around their comfort rather than a strict timeline.
My approach to newborn photography is rooted in simplicity. By using minimalist studio backgrounds, I keep the focus entirely on your baby and the new connection you have formed as a family. There are no stiff, complex poses here. I prefer to guide you gently to capture natural, soft interactions that feel authentic to who you are.
What to Expect
- Environment: The Borivali studio is designed to be a safe, quiet space. It stays warm and comfortable, which helps babies stay asleep during the shoot.
- Styling: I provide a selection of simple props, such as white cubes and wooden toys, along with limited maternity gowns for mothers. I recommend that parents wear coordinated, solid-colored clothing like denims or white tees to keep the look clean and timeless.
- The Session: We aim for two distinct setups, typically mixing formal portraits with more relaxed, lifestyle looks. This provides you with a variety of images while keeping the baby happy.
- Deliverables: You receive 12 to 15 high-resolution digital images. Each photo undergoes my signature editing process, which includes blemish removal and bright, natural color grading, ensuring your final gallery is ready to print or share with family.
Since these sessions are held in my studio, I can control the lighting and temperature completely, making it ideal for newborns and little ones who need that extra level of security.
