The Curriculum

We break the certification into clear, manageable modules:

  • Anatomy Foundation: A mandatory 20-hour online module for those without a medical background, ensuring you understand skeletal structures and joint mechanics before we step onto the mat.
  • Level 1 Intensive: A 40-hour contact program covering the full beginner and intermediate mat repertoire. We move beyond choreography into posture analysis, muscle activation, and smart class design.
  • Practical Mentorship: You will perform daily teach-back sessions. This is where you learn to master vocal cues and tactile corrections under my supervision.
