About Sweet Things & Baked Goods

We do not just swap dairy for dairy-free ingredients. Instead, we rethink the entire process to ensure our desserts are genuinely satisfying. Whether it is our signature frozen mocha cheesecake or the seasonal carrot cake, we rely on whole-food components like cashews, coconut jaggery, and house-made nut butters to build texture and flavour. This approach ensures you get a decadent, rich dessert that leaves you feeling energised rather than heavy, perfect for a midday treat or a post-meal indulgence.

When we started Copper + Cloves, our goal was never to simply replicate mass-market sweets. We wanted to see what happens when you strip away refined sugar and dairy but keep the comfort. Our kitchen in Indiranagar operates on a philosophy of connected living, which translates to desserts that respect your gut health as much as your taste buds.
