About Our Craft: Behind the Scenes & Accolades
Behind the scenes of a Copper Events wedding, you will find 12 to 15 uniformed coordinators on-site, equipped with walkie-talkies. We act as the shadows, fixing a lighting rig or managing vendor chaos long before you even realize there was a potential hitch, ensuring your only job is to be present.
We believe the most beautiful wedding days are the ones where you never see the strings. While guests enjoy the revelry, our on-site team is moving in silence. For every project, we deploy a team of 12 to 15 experienced coordinators. This includes personal shadows for the bride, groom, and parents, ensuring every individual need is met without a moment of stress.
It is not just about presence, but resilience. Whether it is a heritage property in Jaisalmer or a rainy baraat in Mumbai, our approach relies on minute-by-minute run sheets developed over months of planning. We coordinate with over 15 premium vendors, from makeup artists to choreographers, ensuring they all work in harmony. This commitment to execution has been recognized at the WOW Asia Awards, where we were honored with six trophies. However, these accolades are secondary to the moments we witness: the tearful hugs, the laughter, and the quiet relief on a couple's face when they realize they can finally just be themselves.
