We bridge the gap between design and site execution by ensuring the 3D renders you approve in our office are exactly what the carpenters and masons build at your location. We use BWP Marine Grade Plywood and Hettich hardware as standard in our modular kitchens, so you never deal with flimsy cabinets that sag after a few months.
How We Build Your Vision
Our process is built on a simple premise: you should not have to chase contractors or manage authority approvals. When we say turnkey, we mean it.
1. Design and Planning We start with a conversation about your budget and lifestyle. Our team, which includes experts trained at IITs and SPAs, creates 2D furniture layouts and realistic 3D renders. You see the lighting, the false ceiling profiles, and the color palette before a single brick is laid. Changes are welcome at this stage because it is cheaper to fix a plan than a wall.
2. On-site Management Once the design is locked, our in-house team takes over. We handle everything from civil work and plumbing re-routing to modular kitchen installation. A dedicated site supervisor monitors the progress daily, ensuring that floor masking, debris removal, and technical electrical looping are handled professionally. You get updates directly, without having to coordinate between a separate interior designer and a civil contractor.
3. Material Integrity We are transparent about our inclusions. For our new home projects, we use Century or Greenply BWP Marine Grade plywood for kitchens and MR Grade for wardrobes. We source lighting from brands like Phillips, Wipro, and Osram. Whether it is premium emulsion paint or custom louvers, we specify the brands and quality levels in our agreement to ensure there are no surprises in the final bill.
4. Final Handover Before we hand over the keys, our team performs a professional deep cleaning of the site. We ensure the window dressings are installed, the furniture is aligned, and the space is ready for you to move in immediately. We serve clients across Delhi NCR, bringing the same rigorous attention to detail to every apartment, villa, or commercial office we transform.
