About this collection
Turnkey service is often presented as a standard package, but the actual value lies in constant supervision. We do not simply hand off your design to a contractor and walk away. Our architects visit your site 4 to 6 times every month to ensure the electrical wiring, plumbing layouts, and wood finishes match the exact 3D models we created. You are not just paying for a design, you are paying for the assurance that what was drawn on paper actually exists in your room.
Our Approach to Project Management
We divide our turnkey services into three distinct phases to ensure clarity and control at every step.
1. Visualization and Planning Everything begins with how you live. We conduct alignment sessions to determine furniture layouts and spatial flow. We create high-definition 3D renders for your living room, kitchen, and bedrooms so you can see the textures and lighting before construction starts.
2. Technical Precision This is where we prevent common site issues. We generate a full set of working drawings, including Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) and electrical looping layouts. We also provide production-ready elevations for all joinery, including wardrobes and kitchen units. This documentation minimizes material wastage and helps the construction team execute the design without guesswork.
3. Execution and Procurement We manage the build entirely. This includes:
- Site Supervision: Regular visits by project architects to verify design adherence.
- Material Selection: Accompanied visits to premium markets, such as MG Road, to select tiles, sanitary ware, and lighting fixtures.
- Civil and Finishes: We handle the installation of Italian marble, complex gypsum false ceilings, and premium electrical fittings like magnetic track lights.
