What you see in these images is exactly how I work. Whether I am hand-stitching a patch onto a denim jacket or deconstructing an old dress to make a skirt, my focus remains on quality and sustainability. I believe that just because a piece of clothing has a tear or a bad fit, it doesn't mean its life is over. If you look closely at the finishing on these samples, you will see the overlock stitching and the clean folds I promise for every single job I accept.
I started this work in Mumbai because I was tired of seeing perfectly good clothes being thrown away. The images here show the 'before' and 'after' of our upcycling projects—turning old, worn-out denim into functional bags or wallets and adding character to plain jackets with custom patchwork.
My workshop in Malad East is where all this happens. I don't believe in just 'fixing' things; I believe in restoring them. When you book a service, whether it is a simple alteration or a complex restyling project, you get the same attention to detail that you see in these photos. We handle the pickup and delivery across Mumbai, so you don't have to stress about making time to visit a shop.
If you have an old item sitting in your cupboard that you love but cannot wear, send me a photo. We can figure out how to repurpose it or alter it so it actually gets used. Remember: fenko mat, naya banao (don't throw it, make something new).
