Hand-Sculpted Clay Art: The Story Behind Every Miniature
No moulds, no machines, just clay and my two hands. Here is a peek at how I sculpt happiness, one tiny detail at a time.
When you do what makes you happy, life feels fulfilling. This is how it feels when I'm creating your orders, adding details to a tiny robin bird.

About Made by Hand, With Heart
Every piece you see here starts as a raw slab of polymer clay on my workbench. Because I refuse to use moulds, I hand-sculpt every curve and paint every detail individually. This means your order takes a little longer than mass-produced items, but it also ensures that the bird, flower, or Ganesha you receive has its own personality, born from hours of quiet, focused work.
When you hold a piece from my studio, you are holding my patience and my practice. I primarily use high-grade polymer clay like Premo and Fimo, sealing each item with a water-resistant varnish to ensure it handles humidity well, whether it sits on your desk or in your garden.
My process is slow and intentional. Whether I am shaping the tiny beak of a robin bird or meticulously crafting flowers for a miniscape, I do it all by eye and touch. For those in Bangalore, I extend this process to larger, full-tray miniature gardens, using live plants and carefully placed soil layers to create a complete ecosystem.
If you are looking for custom work, like a figurine of your family or a pet, I work from photos to capture the likeness you want. I share the clay colors and composition with you before baking, so you are part of the process. Remember, because nothing is machine-made, your piece will have minor quirks that make it yours alone, not a factory-perfect copy.
Chiguruminigardens
I’m the malkin of Chiguruminigardens, and clay is my escape when life gets noisy. I pour my heart into every miniature, spending hours shaping tiny petals and birds just to see them bring a smile to your face. It is not just a product; it is a piece of my day.
