About Glam, Cocktail & Party Looks

The biggest mistake in cocktail glam is overdoing the base, which makes you look tired under event lighting. I teach my students the logic of 'less is more'—using high-pigment products only where they are actually needed. You will see how we blend textures so your skin still looks like skin, even when you are going for heavy smokey eyes or bold glitter. It is about understanding the balance between a sharp eye and a clean base.

When you are prepping for a high-glam event, the technique is everything. Whether it is a sangeet, cocktail party, or a reception, the goal is to make the makeup last for 15 hours without it feeling like a mask. In my academy, we break down these complex looks into logical steps.

We start with skin prep, because no amount of expensive foundation will save a look if the canvas is not right. For bold cocktail eyes, we don't just 'put on shadow'. We learn how to work with cool-toned palettes, how to place glitter so it stays, and how to secure rhinestones without messing up the eye shape. If you have been struggling with eyeshadow muddiness on Indian skin tones, we fix that here with the right color theory and base application.

I don't believe in gatekeeping. You will see every texture, every brush stroke, and every product I use up close. We focus on the 'why'—why we use a cream contour versus a powder, or why a specific wing shape works for one eye but not another. By the end, you are not just copying a look; you are understanding how to build it yourself, whether for your own events or for your future clients.

I started with a toolbox from a garage sale and built this studio on the belief that makeup should be real, not a filter. I don't believe in hiding secrets; when you learn with me, you see every texture and technique live. My goal is to make you confident enough to create these professional looks on your own.
