About Summer Camp 2025: Join the Action
Every batch we run at our BSNL Colony facility follows a 1:3 coaching ratio, so your training is actually personalized, not just a group drill. We use professional Yonex mats to ensure that when you work on your stance or shadow footwork, the grip and feedback are identical to competitive match conditions.
Our Approach to Summer Training
Summer is the best time to build the foundation that will carry you through the rest of the year. Whether you are a total beginner learning your first grip or an advanced player looking to sharpen your tactical game, our camp focuses on the fundamentals that matter.
We break our training into two distinct levels:
- Beginner Foundation: We start with the basics—proper grip, stance, and court positioning. You will spend time on shadow footwork and hand-eye coordination drills to make your movements automatic.
- Advanced Skills: For those already competing, we shift to multi-shuttle feeding to increase your reaction time. We also cover singles and doubles positioning, game planning, and internal sparring sessions with coach feedback.
The BSNL Colony Experience
Our training hall is fully equipped for intense practice, using professional Yonex mats. Please note that while the facility is well-ventilated with industrial fans, it is a non-AC training space. We keep the intensity high, so come prepared with your non-marking gum sole shoes and plenty of water.
We provide the academy jersey and nylon shuttles as part of the camp fee. Our goal is to ensure you walk away with a camp completion certificate, a new set of skills, and that 'champion mindset' we pride ourselves on.
