This is where the hard work happens. Our summer camp training is a mix of high-intensity drills, including multi-feed shuttle practice to sharpen reflexes and footwork exercises to improve court coverage for players of all skill levels.

Our summer program splits players into specific batches by skill, ensuring beginners focus on stroke mechanics while advanced players handle high-intensity, multi-feed drills. We prioritize technique and fitness over endless rallying, training only with feather shuttles to build proper reaction times and court coverage.
We run our sessions at Thakur Public School in Kandivali East, utilizing indoor courts that meet professional standards. Whether you are signing up for the 30-day or 45-day cycle, the process is consistent. We start with a skill assessment to place you in the right group, so you are never stuck in a batch that is too slow or too fast for your level. Off-court conditioning is just as important as on-court practice, so expect dedicated sessions for agility, core strength, and stamina. We enforce a strictly non-marking gum sole shoe rule to maintain court quality and safety. By the end of the camp, we wrap things up with an internal tournament. It is the best way to test what you have learned under pressure. If you are serious about improving your game, this is where you start.
