Welcome to our kitchen. We are Pawanjot and Mehar, a mother-daughter team turning family memories into eggless, mindful desserts right here in West Delhi.
Meet one of our co-founders, my mother, Pawanjot Kaur. Her lifelong passion for baking is the heart of Celestial Bakehouse, and we are so fortunate to share her love for it with all of you.
We even make our own fortune cookies with custom messages inside. It's one of the many ways we love to add a personal and playful touch to our creations.

About Our Story: Baked with Love
Everything you see here is 100% eggless and crafted with premium ingredients like European butter, organic jaggery, and fresh seasonal fruits. We believe that dessert should taste like home, which is why we avoid artificial additives entirely. Whether it is our signature tea cakes under glass cloches or our custom memory reel designs, each piece is made to order in our Rajouri Garden kitchen.
Our Story
Celestial Bakehouse began in our family kitchen, where baking was our way of spending time together. What started as hobby marathons in our home has grown into a full-time passion. We are Mrs. Pawanjot and Mehar, and we run every part of this bakery to ensure that when you receive a box from us, it feels personal and warm.
Mindful Baking
We want our treats to be indulgent but also good for you. We focus on mindful ingredients, which means you will find plenty of whole wheat, jaggery, and natural sweeteners in our range. We skip refined sugar and artificial preservatives, relying on real fruits, nuts, and high-quality chocolate to build flavor.
